Maintenance programs for air conditioning and heating equipment are essential to guarantee the best performance for the life of your equipment. Steps are taken to ensure the equipment is checked and verified for proper system running. All air conditioning and heating equipment are intended to function to certain limits, and if not properly maintained the system can fail into costly repairs.
The following are steps taken by our skilled technicians to ensure proper maintenance of equipment:
1. Air filters are checked for cleanliness and replaced if necessary.
2. Fan Motors and Bearing are checked & lubricated.
3. Belts are inspected for wear and proper tension.
4. Valves & Dampers are properly adjusted and inspected.
5. Thermostats are properly checked for calibration and operation.
6. Units are checked for refrigerant leaks and levels on the high and low pressure side.
7. Evaporator coil, Drain Pan and Condensate Drain Lines are inspected and cleaned as needed.
8. All wiring, electrical connections, contactors, capacitors, relays, etc are inspected wear cleanliness and proper tension.
9. Blower assembly which includes blower housing, blower wheel, and motor are inspected and cleaned.
10. Overall operation of the air conditioning & heating equipment are tested for proper performance.
