The other day our installation department received a phone call from a gentleman looking to install new air conditioning and heating equipment. The issue was that there was barley any space to work with. We sent over a certified installer to his townhouse in Manhattan to see what kind of HVAC solution we can supply him with. After around one hour we came up with the perfect solution. A Ductless Mini Split AC Unit! We explained to him that these days with the amazing technology, we can install 2 LG ductless mini split AC heat pumps without even ruining any walls. In New York City space is very limited, so that worked perfectly!

Our certified installers ran refrigeration piping from the air handler units to the condensing units. After we run the piping we connect it and try to make sure there are no leaks. As an extra safety precaution we test our piping by blowing high pressured nitrogen in the lines to insure no air escapes. Once our piping is leak free, we then pull a vacuum to help remove any moisture that could be in the lines. After the vacuum is complete we then charge the unit with R410 Refrigerant as needed. In this particular installation we also installed a condensate pump to push all the water condensation outside.
