Due to extreme growth, we are seeking experienced dispatcher / customer service representative / office admin

The following job description consists of the following:
-Answer the phone quickly and professionally using the company incoming call script.
-Be familiar with our company, products, and services so many questions can be answered without consulting others.
-Communicate clearly, precisely, and in a friendly manner
-Take and deliver messages as appropriate. Ensure messages are received and follow up is appropriate.
-Call customers to schedule maintenance appointments.
-Lead and coach assigned co-workers. Provide sufficient knowledge, skills, training, and information to achieve peak performance, continuous improvement, and a positive, productive work environment consistent with company goals and objectives.
-Understand the skills, strengths and weaknesses of the field technicians so as to dispatch field technicians in relation to the job opportunity and ability of the technician.
-Provide all necessary information to field technicians.
-Dispatch only one call at a time
-Debrief each call before dispatching the technician. Update the tally sheet appropriately.
-Create a weekly written report to the Service Manager summarizing interaction with field technicians.
-On a weekly basis review technicians’ strengths with Management.
-Organize On-Call schedule for technicians.
-“Time Stamp” field technicians for dispatch, arrival and completed times in the computer system; verity time cards.
-Contact Customer prior to dispatch to ensure their presence and method of payment via phone or e-mail.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
